New Zealand Law Society (corporate identity)
The New Zealand Law Society has been a client of FRESCO’s since 1999. In that time we have produce numerous public affairs advertising campaigns and advised and produced material for many print based programmes.
The brief for new corporate identity asked FRESCO to explore ways to take the existing ‘coat-of-arms’ emblem and translate it into a more contemporary, stylized and recognizable logo. An additional benefit of redesign would inevitably be much easier and better technical use on various print and communications items.
The corporate identity brand development for the New Zealand Law Society necessarily required FRESCO to become involved in a process of extensive research and planning. Primarily this was because the original coat-of-arms had some traditional protocols attached, which needed to be followed appropriately and, furthermore, the Law Society’s own complex internal consultation and approvals requirements.
As always, FRESCO carefully project managed every step in gaining approvals and ensuring that the final product would exceed expectations.
